Garnot Rohr disqualifies 4 players from the 30-man squad ahead of the 2018 FIFA World Cup Tournament.

As the days rolls into ushering the Nigerian football lovers in watching the ever anticipating 2018 FIFA World Cup Tournament, Super Eagles boss Garnot Rohr has dropped four players from his 30-man provisional squad.

This drop perhaps was as the result of the friendly game the Eagles had against the DR Congo on Monday, May 28, 2018 which ended 1-1; a draw.

Eze, one of the dropped players, who was not featured in the friendly game took to his twitter to express his disappointment on not being selected among the Super Eagles’ Squad.

In his words, “ I wish my team the best and hope to join them in celebrations when they bring the trophy home….”. Apparently, he took his disqualification in good faith.

Others who could not qualified in the list too are:

Dele Ajiboye – Plateau United goal keeper.

Stephen Eze – Defender.

Junior Lokosa – Striker.

Uche Agbo – Mid-fielder.

Edutainmentblog urges the disqualified players to imbibe in the spirit Eze has portrayed, and be optimistic for a better opportunity in the future. Go Super Eagles! Go Nigeria! Bring home the trophy.
